Heavily Soiled Items

We take great care to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all of our customers. To help ensure the safety of our staff, equipment, and facility, we reserve the right to refuse individual items or entire orders that contain excessively soiled materials.

We do try to clear stains as we find them and encourage customers to treat stains prior to bagging items to ensure the best clean of clothes.

The examples provided are not an exhaustive list, and the determination of whether an item is too heavily soiled is made at our discretion.

Examples would be human waste or bodily fluids, animal waste or excessive animal hair.
